Bucs pick up 5th-year option on WR Evans

Martin's physical and mental well-being has been subject of considerable intrigue this offseason, although reports have consistently had him doing very well in all aspects after completing a rehabilitation program early in 2017. Martin will be suspended the first three weeks of the regular season but is allowed to participate in training camp and the preseason.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today a multi-year agreement with iHeartMedia Tampa Bay as the home of the Buccaneers Radio Network, extending the partnership that began in 2004. He may only get a few days to make such an impression.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have planned a press conference for Wednesday for a "major announcement". "We've got 10 days left here before the draft. Excited to see how he does out here in OTAs".

Indeed, if first impressions count for anything, Martin may already be well on his way toward winning back his roster.

Ronaldo resting, Isco's 2 goals keeps Madrid on title track
This victory sees Los Blancos with a six-point lead in the standings ahead of Barcelona's match against Real Sociedad at 2:45 p.m. Real hit back three minutes later as Isco curled home a fine effort into top corner to level matters for the visitors.

It looks like the Bucs were on the right track. It looks like everything, the trajectory, is going up for him. As for now, Martin is with the team and working out, which has to be a positive step for his future in Tampa Bay. In 2016, he was in the top six in yards (1,321), receptions (96) and touchdowns (12).

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may be getting the spotlight this summer on HBO. The whole world gets to see how great of an organization this is and see the great people that we have within the organization. We love Doug, and seeing him Doug be Doug.it was just good to see him out there, good to see his spirits up.

One thing that apparently will not factor into the Buccaneers decision regarding Martin is the cost of keeping him.

Because he violated terms of his contract, the Bucs are no longer obligated to pay Martin the $7 million he was guaranteed for 2017. It wasn't a very tough decision. There's no question that he fits in the Buccaneers locker room, where he has always been one of the more favored players among teammates.
