Samsung is closer and closer to announce the new Galaxy Note 8. Samsung may not be going with the Exynos chipset for the J7 Max as other Galaxy J7 (2017) devices are speculated to come with an Exynos chip. It runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system out of the box, with Samsung's custom Android skin on top.
The Galaxy J7 Max also will also support Samsung Pay Mini transactions. However, as always, we would recommend you to actually wait until the smartphone maker official makes an announcement on the same, and until then, it is advised to take this with a pinch of salt. The Galaxy J7 Max will feature a 5.7-inch display with 1080p resolution. In addition to the various improvements that Android 7.0 brings, the update includes Samsung's revised user experience, which debuted on its Galaxy S7 flagships previous year. The mid-range smartphone will sport a MediaTek Helio P20 ARM SoC with eight cores running at 1.6GHz. As far as cameras are concerned, it sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash f/1.7 aperture and a 13-megapixel front camera.
To be eligible for the Samsung Trade-in, selected smartphones will need to qualify; the devices will have to be in a working condition and trade-in pricing are based on these conditions. The battery will be of 3,200 mAh and not the original 3,500 mAh that was on the device before it was recalled.

Samsung is also believed to be considering arming the Galaxy Note 8 with 6GB of RAM memory, while internal storage should also be extended to 256 GB. Just like those results suggest, the differences between the two handset lineups are mostly negligible, with the Pixel phones being only marginally better.
