Dilip Kumar shifted to ICU in critical condition

Ajay Kumar Pandey, the vice president of Lilavati Hospitals said "Dilip Kumar has been battling renal failure and the kidney functions are yet to turn normal". We want to see him walk out of that hospital, soon.

"I have spoken to his nephew and even to Saira (Dilip Kumar's wife Saira Banu), who have said that his creatinine levels are high and he is being given intravenous medication. Cardiologist Dr Nitin Gokhale and nephrologist Dr Arun Shah are treating him", Ajaykumar Pande, Vice President Lilavati Hospital told PTI. Doctors say he will be kept under observation for at least two days.

It is known that Bollywood's veteran actor Dilip Kumar is not keeping well since a long time. He even celebrated his 94th birthday on December 11 a year ago in hospital. "God willing. The doctors are treating him". But he will be in the hospital today.

The legendary actor has been a part of many cult films and is also a recipient of the Padma Bhushan and the Dadasaheb Phalke Awards in 1991 and 1994 respectively.
