Tom Brady still not willing to give quarterbacks from other teams pointers

Many believe that Lewis will be the odd man out in the battle for roster spots in the Patriots backfield, but that won't be the case if he keeps turning in performances like the one he had against the Jaguars.

Some, such as USA Today's Nate Davis, think the Patriots will go undefeated during the regular season, as they did in 2007. "We have Tom. He's had a good camp". Or, at least, the situations both players came into are very similar. Yet for all the respect Watson has for Brady, there's mutual admiration.

Watson should see plenty of action after completing 15 of 25 passes in Houston's preseason opening 27-17 loss to the Carolina Panthers.

While O'Brien often deflects questions about Watson, he did admit that he was one of the best rookie quarterbacks he's coached and said he often does the little things a quarterback needs to do to be successful. "The rest of it, I say, is like way less than 1 percent in my mind".

They followed Belichick to his press conference and quickly became the topic of conversation when I asked the Patriots head coach if he was picking their brains prior to the practice. "I think this is another event that's hyped up a lot more by the people that are watching it than the people involved in it".

Conor McGregor claims Floyd Mayweather 'won't make it to the second round'
Forget about the whole "what would rules be?" I've never seen anybody who believes in himself more than this guy does. Mayweather has used eight-ounce gloves in all but three of his 49 career fights, but McGregor does not care.

"All those guys were players I had that were as hard-working players as I've coached", he said.

At least in terms of points allowed, the Patriots were the best defense in the league last season. "I feel like my routine is better than it's ever been. I just didn't have it". Houston has used six quarterbacks in the past two years, including an absolutely calamitous contract with Brock Osweiler. They are linked by Bill O'Brien, the Texans coach who was once Brady's position coach and coordinator. Again, different sport but I learned a lot from his organization. "That's been huge for me", he said.

It goes without saying that things worked out alright for Brady.

"Yeah, we brought in a couple of big righties from the bullpen that can really throw hard and close it", he said with a smile and laugh. "That's what we're going to do this week".
