Su'a Cravens Has Reportedly Been Considering Retirement

Following up on a previous report indicating that Washington Redskins safety Su'a Cravens was contemplating retirement, it now looks like the team will give him some time to work it out. He was limited to 11 games as a rookie because of arm and hip injuries and a concussion that forced him to miss Washington's Week 5 and 6 games last season.

Cravens, who is entering his second season after being selected in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft, caught teammates and coaches off guard over the weekend by revealing he has considered stepping away from the game after one season in the league. Washington officials want to help him through his issues rather than have him walk away from the game, which would make him one of the youngest National Football League players to date to retire. Compton told him, "I haven't felt it from you".

Redskins officials, when forming the 53-man roster on Saturday, went with five safeties (Cravens, Swearinger, Deshazor Everett, rookie Montae Nicholson and first-year pro Stefan McClure).

Ruling parties win in Goa, Delhi, AP bypolls
Parkash, who had won Bawana seat on AAP's ticket, deserted his party to join BJP just before the municipal elections in February. The Congress, which had mounted a concerted campaign for revival in Delhi came third after BJP in the Bawana contest.

"He has to handle what he needs to handle, whether mental or with his family. I'll try to talk to him later on, tell him I'm praying for him, but I'm going straight to the iPad and watching Philly".

His binary distinction between positive and negative suggests that fans, friends, family and/or teammates either understand and support his side (which has not been explained) or become the enemy. Either way my response is the same to both groups, I love yal (sic) and thank yal. "Hopefully he'll deal with what he has to deal with and be back out here". "People have lives outside of football, and sometimes you have to handle that first". He then had to undergo knee surgery back in August. The money and lifestyle of a professional football player is clearly enticing, but credit Cravens for considering his life over a lavish living.

Gruden was originally supposed to speak with reporters after practice Sunday, but that news conference was canceled and moved until Tuesday.
