Private email server was my 'most important mistake' - Hillary Clinton

"Losing is hard for everyone, but losing a race you thought you would win is devastating", she writes in her new book, What Happened, which is excerpted in Vogue's October issue.

In her conversation with Pauley, she talked about some of her most newsworthy moments, including her decision to attend President Trump's inauguration, a tradition because she's a former first lady.

Clinton also addressed her infamous remarks past year that half of Trump's supporters were bigots who were part of a "basket of deplorables", saying she regretted handing Trump a political gift but also saying a "large number of people" didn't care about Trump's behavior.

Asked about her "basket of deplorables" comment during the campaign, in which she said half of Mr Trump's supporters were "irredeemable", Ms Clinton sought to repeat the view. "Every few minutes, Bill would repeat what he had been saying all morning: 'I'm so proud of you, ' " she remembers. But as the returns came in the celebratory mood began to fade, " Pauley recalled of Clinton's tragic day.

Although she stated that the email issue was her responsibility, she said when former FBI director James Comey reopened the investigation before the end of her campaign, he was possibly playing into "maybe some, you know, right-wing commentators, right-wing members of Congress, whatever".

Clinton did not offer further clarity on her future career plans, according to a transcript of the interview.

U.S. vows full extended deterrence for Korea, Japan
Putin made the remarks Wednesday after meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in in Vladivostok, Russia. Forces Korea will have a fully operational THAAD battery at its base in Seongju.

The Clinton also bought the house next to their in Chappaqua, NY home for White House staff and security. And so there I was, on the platform, you know, feeling like an out-of-body experience.

"She paints decent Americans, you, as racists", Trump told a crowd in Manchester, New Hampshire, after her speech. What's more, she "doesn't buy" into the idea that she offended people who weren't already opposed to her candidacy. "And I should've done a better job of demonstrating, 'I get it, '" she told Pauley.

'I thought a lot of his appeals to voters were deplorable, I thought his behavior as we saw on the Access Hollywood tape was deplorable.

Basically. she thinks Trump squandered an opportunity to unite the country, and instead played to his base with harsh rhetoric. and, apparently, white nationalist sentiments.

CLINTON: Well, I thought Trump was behaving in a deplorable manner... "And he turned out to be a very effective reality TV star". "I'm sorry I gave them a political gift of any kind, but I don't think it was determinative", said Clinton.
