Weather Delays Publications Policy Meeting

Prompted by NEOLA, a company that helps schools with writing policies and regulations, BPS is rewriting its policy concerning student publications.

A January 7 meeting with Deputy Superintendent Paul DeAngelis, Highlander advisor Ben Harwood, Scriptor advisor Laura Redman and a student committee consisting of members from both papers was canceled due to weather.

The group planned to discuss what changes need to be made to the policy together at the meeting. Due to the cancellation, it has been rescheduled for January 21.

Co-editors in chief Josh Cohen and Lanie Barron, along with Opinion Editor Mari Manoogian and Photo Editor Lindsay Boeckl are representing the Highlander on the committee.
