Van’s ‘Off The Wall Campaign Competition

Mrs. Chapman’s 3rd hour drawing class participated in a nation-wide competition hosted by Van’s ‘Off TheWall’ campaign, called Van’s Custom Culture. This competition features designs of high school students across the country. The class worked on their designs throughout the beginning of the third trimester in three groups.
Pay-to-Plug Clarified

Pay-to-Plug Clarified

After two months and multiple meetings, Birmingham Public Schools and the Birmingham Education Association came to an agreement on the pay to plug initiative. The policy will still exist, but teachers will be exempt from paying for an appliance if they can directly prove its worth for students.
